Norton Power Eraser deals with embedded problems which are not detected by anti-virus programs. So try to solve this from Norton chat recommended. If possible upload NPE log file located in AppData\Local\NPE path. Log fileis helpful to analyzingasystem. To get log file go to control panel > system and securities > administrative tools > event viewer > windows logs > application right click on it and save them with an extension “.evtx“, also send system logs.
Find out last legitimate removed try to undo them because sometimes a few programs consider as threats because of its aggressive methods. Another method is download beta version of NPE.
