Hello. At present, there is no standard Microsoft Project Tutorial. But you can access and develop after having bought the software. At present, it costs around Rs.60000 in India. Once you have bought the product you will be a registered user and can access the tutorial. There are other 3rd party firms which offer such tutorials. The most recognised though is by Microsoft itself.
