Hi experts,

I have installed Nero Express 6.3.1.17 on my computer.  When I try to stop the application, I get this message below:

Nero Express

Internal Error

I never expected to see such an error.  I have no idea what might have caused this.  Please help me figure out a solution for this issue.  Thanks a lot!

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the application? A search on Nero's official website did not prove fruitful as they don't have the documentation for that particular error. So, the next best thing to do, is to try and remove the application first from your system and reinstalling it. Now depending on your OS, there are multiple ways how to do it, but since you're using Windows, you can go to Add/Remove Programs to do this. Let the window populate first with the applications installed in your system, select the version of Nero and just select Remove. Nero also has a latest version out now which is version 11 so you may want to try to use that instead of your current version. Hope that helps. Cheers!

I don’t think there’s a problem with the application. That error happened because you tried to stop the application while it is running or loading and this error is normal as a result of the interruption. To avoid getting the error again, don’t try to stop the application while it is loading or starting up to avoid interrupting the loading process.

If you accidentally started the application or you have a sudden change of mind and no longer wish to use it, wait for the program to finish loading. Once Nero has loaded completely, exit or close the application properly using the “File” menu or by clicking the “X” icon or button on the upper right-most corner of the window.

This shuts down the processes of the application properly and terminates the program.
