Hello,

I just bought and loaded an upgrade from Acronis True Image 11 to Acronis True Image Home 2010.

The upgrade process went on smoothly, and I can access the main program.

However, when I try to use the Acronis One-Click Backup icon, I receive the following internal error message:

Internal Error – Please contact Acronis support team for information on how to resolve this issue.

The complete description of the issue is:

(0x0)
Tag = 0x0.

I Have enjoyed using these products and hope to do so in the future.

So what step should I take to solve this problem?

Need your help.

Thanks.

Getting “Internal error” when accessing Acronis One-Click Backup

I think Acronis True Image Home 2010 can really adapt very well with any operating systems. It can be installed on any versions of Windows. As well as with the processor, it does not limit itself on certain processor speed or brand. To run Acronis True Image Home 2010 your computer must have at least 1 GB RAM installed on the CPU and if you want a smoother operation you can add more RAM to also give much stability to Windows.

Since you are experiencing an internal error with the application, try uninstalling and then reinstalling it to restore any corrupted files and restore its configurations back to default including some of the settings that you might have customized. If this doesn’t work, check your system if you have the required minimum amount of RAM installed on your computer. Your machine should have at least 1 GB RAM installed on it.

You may also try upgrading your version of Acronis to Acronis True Image Home 2012.
