I am running Roxio Easy Media Center 10.
This problem occurs when I want to change the skin of the media center.
The error is: “Unable to load skin”. See image below:

The error that you're getting ("Unable to Load Skin" ) when you want to change the skin of Roxio Media center is usually caused by corrupted MSXL files. To remedy this, all you need to do is download and install the latest update from Microsoft for MSXL. The newest update is Service Pack 3 and it completely replaces SXML 4.0, MSXML 4.0 Service Pack 1 (SP1) and MSXML 4.0 Service Pack 2 (SP2). It also has security and reliability bug fixes. Just to go this link:http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=15697 and download the appropriate update. If for some reason you have the MSXML SP3 Beta, you need to uninstall it first before doing the update. Hope that helps!
