I am using a Linksys router on multiple devices. Most of my devices are all working fine, however I keep getting an error on one of my laptops about an IP Address conflict with another system or network.

Getting an error regarding an IP Address Conflict

Hi Mmontenegro021, thank you for asking this question.

First thing I'd like you to do is to power cycle ALL devices connected to you wireless network, including your main PC, the router and modem. If that doesn't work, next thing to do is simply reboot your router and see if things change. Another suggestion is to check you DHCP server settings on your router. You'll have to go to the settings page from a web browser. Since you stated that you're using a Linksys router, the default IP for you configuration page is 192.0.0.1. Enter necessary credentials, the default password is 'admin', without the quotes. I would then like you to check the option "OBTAIN IP ADDRESS AUTOMATICALLY". That should make it work fine again.

Hope this helps!
