Getting Error messages on 16 bit software

After installing a 16-bit version of Chinese language software in my computer by my niece, it screwed up my computer totally! When I reboot my computer, more than 100 error messages showed up and all of them are same. The error message is given below:

"Cannot run 16-bit Windows application –
not enough memory, cannot run this program, please close other windows application and try again."

I attempted to uninstall this program but I didn’t find any uninstall feature, may be it didn’t have the option and also I was unable to do it via the Control Panel either. Then, after getting no other ways, I deleted the whole folder. But I am still unable to solve it 100%.

Again when I restarted my PC, I found not only those error messages appearing up but also there was running a 16 bit Chinese program. This program also blocked up some of my keys of keyboards as this software application is a chinese character input software.

how can I get rid of the problem, I need a serious help.

There are third-party applications that can help remove unwanted programs that can not be uninstalled using the Add or Remove Programs applet from the Control Panel. But first, since you already deleted the application’s installation folder, I think you need to restore it back to its original location. The tool might need these files for analyzing. You can download Revo Uninstaller Pro at https://www.revouninstaller.com/. It has a 30-day trial period so you have plenty of time to test it on your system.

Revo Uninstaller Pro works on Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7. It will analyze the application to be removed and will check your system for any remnants after the removal. Just visit the site for the complete details.

One of the best Uninstaller software is the Revo Uninstaller. To download and install it, you can simply follow this tutorial:
