Getting error message while trying to update architectural digest

I just tried to update architectural digest but I got this error message saying “The update failed because you do not have write permission to the application directory”.

Help me to update this application properly.

I would be grateful to you.

Hi Arron!

As it says in the error, you do not have the permission to access the application directory. This may be because you aren't running in the administrator mode, so you might want to change that. Right-click on the icon of the program, go to Properties, and there should be a setting with "always run as administrator"; check it, and then try to run again the program.

If you are using Vista, sometimes Vista doesn't allow access to some folders in order to protect its content, so I think the only solution is to move the folder with the whole program outside of the Program Files folder in the C: partition.
