Hello,

I am having difficulty while transferring my songs to MP3 player. I generally drag and drop them intoMP3 folder and that's what I've been doing always and never had trouble with it. Now I am getting error code Ox80070052.

All Suggestions welcomed?

Thanks.

If this is the first time you encounter this problem on your device, try disconnecting your MP3 player from your computer then restart the system. After booting try it again. If it’s still the same, try reinstalling the program you are using in transferring the music to your MP3 player. It’s probably what’s causing the problem here. Uninstall the program first then check your computer for any possible errors. Use a disk utility application to check the system. For a much thorough diagnostics on the system, use a disk utility application like Norton SystemWorks, or Norton Utilities. Install the application again after this.

If you still can’t transfer any music even after reinstalling the program, try doing the transferring of files differently. Since you are doing the transfer by dragging and dropping the files into your MP3 player, this time try copying them instead of the usual drag and drop method. Right-click on the music files you want to transfer then select Copy then go to the folder of your MP3 player, right-click on it then select Paste. If this method works then try practicing this step from now on.

But, on the other hand, if the problem still continues, you should try replacing your device’s USB cable. Probably the cable is already defective.
