I have applied Shrink-A-OS application to decrease the dimension of the 862. Then, I chose the applications and dialects which I wanted to remove and visited on Reduce My OS. However the Arabic and English dialects are still there with the following error message. Can anyone help me out of this problem?
There is no error in the screen shot that you have posted. It is just a bunch of options that you have checked.
All you can do is to reinstall the software and see if it still happens.
There might be few things that you need to do apart from having this unclear. See if there is anything related to these dialects in your C drive. If there is anything, delete it permanently and see if it still happens.
You can also try removing the registries using the Ccleaner because they also contain the values even if the thing is not even present in your system.
Once done, open the application again to see if it is still there. If you happen to get it again then there is no way to reinstall the windows without these dialects.
