The “error code 80070424” is basically just shown for providing a remote support by the company. These pop-up ads are made to happen using a malicious program, which is linked with some other software which can be downloaded from the internet. So every time you install such programs this window will be automatically displayed with this error. Also this error may mean that the service you are trying to use is no longer installed
So, to avoid this just scan your computer using Malware, or Hitman Pro or other software available online for this to get rid of this problem.
You may encounter error code “0x80070424” when you try to manage Windows Firewall or run Windows Update. The problem here is with the “Windows Modules Installer” service or the “TrustedInstaller.exe” file. First solution is to try to restart the service. Press the Windows key + R to bring up the “Run” dialog then type the following and then hit Enter:

In the “Services” window, scroll down and look for the “Windows Modules Installer” service. Double-click it to open the “Properties”. In the properties window, in “General” tab, “Startup type” should be set to “Manual”. Click “Start” to start the service manually then click “OK”. Run the Windows Firewall again then see if it works.
