I intermittently get this error 9 (see below) whenever I execute Microsoft Dynamics CRM. My current environment is Win 2008 R2, Outlook 2010 and CRM 3.5. Is this a registry problem? I am not too keen to change the registry of our server.
Anyway, is there any other way? Hope you can help me.

Gets an error when executing Microsoft Dynamics CRM
To be able to fix your problem, please do the following methods:
Exit Microsoft Dynamic CRM.
Click run and then type in regedit.
Find the location of the following in the subkey registry:
Select export after clicking the 2.4 registry keys.
Don't forget to save the export on your desktop.
Make a backup and then click 2.4 registry keys again.
