I have installed some software which will run with iTunes. Those applications are meant to fix songs so it can display the album name and artist name. But after the installation of those programs, it is creating a lot of problems. When I am selecting a song, it displays ‘Genius is not available for the song’.
When I tried to update the genius from store menu, it is also displaying an error message. The error message says that it is not able to connect with the Apple Store.
Again, another error message comes with ‘Unsuccessful Action’.
Please help me to solve this issue.
Thanks in advance.

‘Genius is not available for the song’ problems with iTunes
The thing you are mentioning that you are not able to do with genius in iTunes. Because Genius is not meant to do such things. You are completely misjudging it. I use iTunes too, and I know what it meant to do. Genius is a feature introduced by Apple in iTunes.
What it does is it tracks your interests by keeping record of each music that how many times you listened it, what genre it was in and which singer. After all these analysis, genius feature creates an optimized list for you from a list of songs you have on your device. There are three kinds of Genius features available
Genius Playlist allows you to create Genius playlists in iTunes with the limits of 25, 50, 75, or 100 songs. You just have to synchronize them to your device.
Genius Mixes are groups of songs and music, based on genres you play on your device, that play continuously like a radio station on the device. Genius Mixes are created automatically in the iTunes, when using it with iTunes 9 or later, and appear with your Genius playlists.
Genius for Apps is a fantastic new feature that will help you discover new apps in the App Store on your device. Genius for Apps makes certain recommendations based on apps that you have downloaded. To use Genius for Apps you must have iOS 3.1 or later installed on your device.
