Hi to all,

I recently tried to make a monitor work with NVIDIA 3DTV play software that I just installed, but every time it ends up in an error on my screen. The error occurs at the installation of the drivers.

The screenshot of the error is attached below:

Geforce 3D Vision Setup Wizard Error

The error says:

Geforce 3D Vision Setup Wizard Error

Error in Stereo Driver,

NvAPI_Stereo_IsActivated() returned 0 after stereo was enabled by default with Settings->setDefaultStartupMode(true).

Someone suggested me that it might be a licensing issue, but no its not as I already have a set of Nvidia GeForce 3D vision glasses.

Can anyone please think of a solution? Please let me know if you have an idea.

Waiting for your reply.

Thanks.

Hi Harold!

Try reinstalling the NVIDIA 3DTV Play software. If it still won’t work, then reinstall your video driver by going to the product website and downloading the right version for your Operating System. Make sure that you uninstall cleanly before installing again. Also, update the video driver if a newer version is available.

If the error message still appears, then the NVIDIA 3DTV Play software has a problem.
