I love to make games using Game maker studio. I am getting this Access violation error in Game Maker studio I am not aware of this error before. And at the same time I am not able to understand anything from the error message. Help me to understand the real cause of this error and to get solution for this. Thank you.

Game maker studio has encountered a problem
Methods.
A.   Uninstall the old version of the Game maker, through the control panel and install a new version. Before installation make sure your system meet the Game Maker system requirements (A screen resolution of about  1024×768 and 65000(16-bit) colours (but preferably 32-bit true colour) Make sure Direct X 9 is installed in your system). Then follow these steps:

Click on start button, Select control panel(A panel appears)

Click on uninstall a program, a dialogue box appears

Search for the name Game Maker Studio

Right click and uninstall

Insert the new version of GameMaker.exe into the DVD room.

Allow for auto-play and follow the on-screen instruction of the installation and install it. Make sure to put the active product key.

After installation, run the program again.
