The problem your are facing is because of a driver problem. I also play 9Dragons but I didn't have this problem. But I saw a number of people facing this problem. There are multiple solutions to this problem and they are given below:_
1. Uninstall the game and install it again.
2. Make sure the latest DirectX is installed on your computer.
3. Also make sure your GPU driver is up to date.
If you use AMD graphics card then you can download the latest AMD catalyst driver from here. And if you use Nvidia GPU then download the latest Nvidia driver from here.
