I have a Galaxy S4 phone, and it randomly decides to reboot or restart itself. I've tried turning it off, ensuring it is charged, restarting it, but nothing I seem to do seems to stop the problem. I have all of the latest updates so I am not sure what exactly is causing my problem. Could someone help me with this please? Thanks.

Hello,

It’s quite disappointing that Galaxy S4 automatically reboots itself. There are possible solutions that should fix the issue.

First, try updating your device’s firmware. Go to Settings >> About device >> Software update >> Update. Next, update all your apps by going to Play Store >> My apps >> Update all.

Next, take out your SD card and let’s see if the problem goes. Sometimes, the SD card is the culprit and makes lots of troubles.

Try into Safe Mode where all apps are disabled. Hold the “Power” button, select “Power off”. Then, hold the “Power” and “Volume up” on and it’ll boot into Safe Mode. If everything’s okay, then the rebooting issue is because of any app installed in your system. Try to uninstall apps one by one and find out the culprit.

If still no solution, you should contact with your nearest Samsung Customer Care.
