The Galaxy Note 10.1 is the best over iPad 3 and iPad Air.

The advantages of Galaxy Note are a mentioned below:
1) It consists of 10.1 inch TFT screen whereas iPad 3 and iPad Air provide 9.7 inch and 9.5 inch respectively
2) It consists of Quad-core processor, while iPad 3 and iPad Air consists of dual core processor
3) It consists of two cameras as 5 MP LED flash rear camera and 1.9MP front camera. The iPad 3 and iPad Air provide only rear camera
4) The WiFi access is faster as compared to iPad 3 and IPAD Air
5) It provides MicroSD support whereas iPad and iPad Air do not support MicroSD
