Hi all,

Are you familiar with PowerPoint. If yes, then you may help me. I’m getting this Error message: “An FTP error occurred – cannot open remote folder htdocs.

Access denied. The file may not exist, or there could be a permission problem”, when I try to save my PowerPoint file after I finish editing it and I receive this same Error message when I access any REMOTE SITE from DW CS4.

Please help me. Thanks.

Hi there user:

The problem occurred while you’re attempting to connect to the server. ‘An FTP Error occurred. Cannot Connect Open Remote Folder HTDOCS. Access Denied. The File may not consist, or there could be a permission problem.’ Address wasn’t specified as remote, you have entered a wrong local address. Check your local address, retype, and test.

I hope this could solve your problem.

Thanks for asking. Feel free to post again here at techyv.com.

Best regards,
