I heard the FTC is currently near enough to the importation ban on Xbox 360 and  iPhone. What is the problem or the matter of this company why they are being ban BY the FTC?

I was intrigue by your query which urge me to do some research. After reading lots of articles, I have found out that International Trade Commission is banning the import of Xbox 360and Apple’s iPhone because of infringement cases. However, FTC recommended NOT to ban these products (Xbox 360 and iPhone).Â
FTC explained that industry’s exclusive rights should be regarded as under Reasonable and Non-Discriminatory licensing terms (RAND). This Reasonable and Non-Discriminatory licensing terms ensures that unfair or cheating companies would not gain any royalty rates by giving their products higher prices. These cases should be discussed by the involved parties well and should not have to result in import banning, said FTC.Â
