Hallo James Clinton,

Where are you trying to execute the file from, or precisely where have you saved the file that you are trying to execute? I will advise that you save it on the desktop and then try running it again.

You should also check the specifications for that application, maybe it requires the mentioned FSCopilot.dl, which is a registry file to be installed on your computer for it to be able to install successfully, and thus you will need to download it and install it.

Try running a registry fix program first before the installation and see what the response will be.

Hope this helps.

Hi,

Make sure that your application is properly install from your machine and then try to check the software there an file is corrupted from the software just simply check on that and then upgrade the software or maybe you just simply download the new release version in the net if it’s possible then simply try this one just uninstall the software from the machine and then after that you just simply reinstall again from your PC after reinstalling the software simply  restart your computer to be safe or to avoid any error again if it’s possible and then after that scan the PC if there an infected files from viruses and spyware.

This error seems to be related to permissions. Try launching the game as admin. Right-click Microsoft Flight Simulator and select “Run as administrator”. If this doesn’t work, try to uninstall and reinstall. Download the free version of Revo Uninstaller and install. Once installed, start Revo then select Microsoft Flight Simulator among the applications and click “Uninstall”. Follow the normal uninstall process.

When uninstall is complete, click “Scan” to scan your computer for any leftover files and delete everything it finds. This removes everything the program created on your computer. When it is finished, exit Revo then install Microsoft Flight Simulator back. The Microsoft Flight Simulator game is not a free game. The game has to be purchased. But before you purchase it, check that your computer meets the requirements.

The game is already available on Steam with their Steam edition but the game was originally from Microsoft. If you want to try it, go to Microsoft Flight Simulator X: Steam Edition. It supports Windows XP Service Pack 2 and higher.

It requires 2 GHz or faster single core processor, 2 GB RAM, Microsoft DirectX 9.0c-compatible video card with 256 MB video RAM and Shader Model 1.1 support, sound card, and 30 GB free space. The “Microsoft Flight Simulator X: Steam Edition” is a flight simulation game developed by Microsoft Game Studios and published by Dovetail Games – Flight released on October 16, 2006.
