I have a computer, and have recently upgraded it to Windows 7. It has a disk reader which includes free Blu-Ray Player Windows 7 64 bit. I am not able to play Blu-Ray. What should I do?
VLC Media Player is the solution for playing Blu-Ray Player Windows 7 64 bit.
Step 1: Go to VideoLan. Download and install VLC 2.0 version on your computer.
Step 2: Download the Blu-ray playback pack.
Step 3: Install “KEYDB.cfg” key on the pack.
Step 4: Download and install AACS dynamic library in VLC Directory.
The Blu-ray player installed on your computer is just a media player. You won’t be able to use it to play Blu-ray movies if you don’t have a supported optical drive. An ordinary CD-ROM or CD writer allows you to read CDs but not DVDs while a DVD drive, whether a DVD-ROM or DVD writer, allows you to read CDs and DVDs but not Blu-ray discs.

There are many brands of Blu-ray drives being sold in the market today like this one on eBay: LG WH16NS60 16x Internal Blu-ray which sells for $160. Blu-ray drives are still expensive nowadays.
