Hi,

I need help with my FRAPS software. When I open my FRAPS for the first time I get this error:

EVE: ExeFile.exe – Entry Point Not Found

The procedure entry point ThunkConnect32 could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll.

After I get the error and click ok, I open the program again and it’s working fine. This only happens on the first run of the software. Is this something that I need to be worried about?

Hello Christian,

Since you said that the error only occurs on the initial start of recording. The issue that you are experiencing is just a problem with the compatibility of your graphics card or it could be that your graphics card does not have enough memory to support the game and apps together.

There are some ATI cards that cannot read at the first run of the program. You can get rid of the error by uninstalling and re-installing the software. If it still gives you that error, you need to re-install the game and your apps software.

By doing the given instructions you will not receive that error anymore.

Good luck!
