Equities Tracker – http://klsenew.klsetracker.com.my/ (you can sign up share class at this site with some fees).
ChartNexus – http://www.chartnexus.com/ (they provide free seminar but in order to access the forum, you need to become a member).
You can also consider attending a seminar by Dr. Steven Lee (http://www.drstevenlee.com/).
