Hi TechyV buddies!

Can anyone help me with this? I have created an InfoPath form in office 2007 and it is in full trust. It was in good condition and I can still open it and also to the client machines. However, after they upgraded to office 2010 the following error was encountered:

“Form template: xxx  Forms template.xsn The form template cannot be opened, because the system administrator has disabled opening form templates that require full trust.”

It is working fine in 2007 office on the client machine. And we can also access client share point site. But I cannot determine the problem in this issue regarding the office 2010. Can you help me solve what went wrong in the opening of this file in office 2010? Thank you!

There are some cases that you cannot open files in Microsoft Office 2010 which are saved from 2007. Actually, I have experienced that before, what I did was I converted the files to the new existing office. It took a few minutes and then I opened the files. I hope this will help.

Dear friend,

Open your info-path form normally with office 2007 on your machine or on another machine then click on office icon and select save as and change the default extension to another extension such as info-path 2003 form or info-path web browser form template and save the new copy in any place on your hard drive.

Then try to open it with office 2010 it should work normally.
