Forefront TMG services failed to start after a array join or an array disjoin. Check alerts, fix the configuration, and attempt to restart the services.

This type of errors can happen when you try to connect a pre-SP2 Forefront TMG 2010 anti-virus to an EMS-managed array running Forefront TMG SP2, otherwise when you try to make a standalone array with one node running Forefront TMG SP2 & another node running SP1.
To remove this problem, create certain which Forefront TMG 2010 anti-vires are all at the similar service pack & update level previously linking an EMS-managed array otherwise making a standalone array.
