Hi. The steps which need to be followed as to how do I open my hotmail account are as follows-
1) Open the app, click on the settings menu and then click on the option to add a new mail account
2) After entering the e-mail address and password, click on manual setup
3) Then click on the MS active sync exchange option
4) Fill the fields asked for such as username, password and use client certificate, etc.
5) Click on next
6) Select the minimum and maximum data size that can be accommodated in the device
7) Click on next
8) End the setup by entering the name for the new Exchange account
