Folder msnuser not available with True Image

I have Windows 7 and recently, I installed Acronis True Image Home on it. Since then, an error keeps popping up:

Error

The folder https://www.wilderssecurity.com/threads/msnusers-com.238887/ is not longer available.

OK

If I clicked on the OK button, the error image will disappear but the problem is, I can't make the backup and restore function works. A solution was proposed from another website suggesting to remove a folder but I'm not sure about the process and I don't want to add any more harm to my computer. What can you suggest?

Try this method. Open Windows Explorer and go to “C:Program FilesWindows LiveMessenger”. Search for the folder “My Web Sites on MSN” and delete it. Once removed, restart the program and see if this fixes the problem. This is for users running Microsoft Windows 7. For users with Microsoft Windows Vista, you can find this folder in My Computer.

For users running Microsoft Windows XP, find and delete this folder in My Network Places. The error appears because the folder “My Web Sites on MSN” stops Acronis True Image Home from detecting or identifying the file categories that are available for backup. You can trash the folder or in case you don’t want to delete it and move it to trash or recycle bin, you can move it somewhere else.

Besides getting that error that says “The folder https://www.wilderssecurity.com/threads/msnusers-com.238887/ is no longer available” you may also get this error: “Internet Connection Error”. See image.

When you see an error related to internet connection similar to the one above, you can fix it using the same method.
