I have iTunes installed on one of my MAC OS X 10.6 machine. I am trying to download the music online from iTunes store and I try to save it and get the following error message.

Problem Occurred Folder “does not exist remotely.

I am not sure why does this error occur. The moment I clicked on OK my machine froze and I had to reboot the machine in order for me to get it back again.

Does anyone have any idea about this error message?

Hi Carol,

Based on my experience I will suggest that you just refresh your application or your system before you run your system. After that check all  your connections,  if you are able to connect in the server.

Check your application in your system, if that application was in your system. But if you don't see the application, well the message box was right. I suggest that you restore the application in your system ; then try to run it again.

And also try to understand the message in the error box. It means that your application was not really in your system.

Also you can try to contact your administrative support, for further information about in your issue.

Thanks.
