When I want to run FS9,
I find the following error message: Flight Simulator has detected potentially incompatible aircraft
or software File: FSSound.dll Can anyone help me by providing some solution?

I think almost everyone who uses Flight Simulator experiences this problem with FSSound.dll file.
Some of them also encounter an incompatible aircraft file error with that file.
Try adding these lines into your fs9.cfg file:
[OLDMODULES]
FSSound.dll=1
The FSSound.dll file also should be located in the Modules folder if you are still wondering where to put this file or where this file should be located in your hard drive.

I think you loaded an old aircraft, and it did hit and troubled the SIM.
You should remove your FSSound.dll and put it in a separate folder to keep it just in case you’ll need it after. It’s up to you anyway.
You can delete it if you want. Get the FSUIPC.DLL here http://www.schiratti.com/dowson.html It should be fine afterwards.
