When I connected my flash drive to the computer using USB, it shows that external device is disconnected. So basically my flash drive doesn't work. How to scan the problems?
Scanning of the problems by which flash drive doesn't work.
Step 1: Insert the drive on the computer using USB port.
Step 2: Select My Computer, then right click on the Removable Disk icon. Choose the option of Properties.
Step 3: Click Tools tab.
Step 4: Select Check Now button.
Step 5: Click on Automatically fix file system errors and then choose the option of Scan.
Step 6: Choose Start.
Step 7: Wait for the scanning to get complete.
Step 8: After scanning gets finished, click Close.
