Hi! I am in process of upgradation to APC PowerChute Business Edition v9.1.x on the latest version of Windows, but every time I login, an auto detect failure appears as warning. Kindly help me in solving this problem.

Hi there! The reason is unavailability of enough permission to the launch.exe file on the operating systems running on the desktop with UAC enabled.
When you initiate the upgradation process of PowerChute Business Edition 9.1.x on your version of Windows, take note of following points. Determine if:
a) Enabled of User Account Control is done and
b) Connection with UPS is fabricated by a serial cable.Thereafter installation, three questions to answer.
PowerChute installation completes smoothly as the questions are answered.
Determine your UPS type is done automatically, however in the context of above problem, it isn’t possible.
If you’re performing an upgrade, then before commencing launch the file with administrative rights on your operating system. Thus, the process will complete without any break. Hope it helps.
