To fix this problem, we need to get and Install the BFE registry,

Please follow the steps below:

Get the BFE Registry (or you can get them from another Computer:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMCurrentControlSetservicesBFE).

• Lunch these two files and import them to the registry, and then reboot your Computer.
• Once you computer is ON, Open the Registry Editor (you can open it by typing “regedit” in the RUN window) and navigate to: KEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMCurrentControlSetservicesBFE
• Right click on it and in the Popup menu select Permission, Click on ADD to create a new group, then hit on OK.
• Once added select this new group and allow it to have Full Control in the permission part below.
• Click OK to validate.
• Now try again to start you firewall (you can do this by typing services.msc in RUN)
