I brought a Brother Printer many years ago, and it was working fine. But, now a days it is displaying drum error Brother Printer. How the hell can I fix it?
The error messages such as Replace Drum, Drum Near End, Drum Stop, etc. will appear when you don’t reset the counter after replacing it with a new one. If you want to reset the counter, turn on the machine. The front cover has to be opened and then click clear on the Control Panel. It is located on the LCD screen’s right side. You can press one on the numeric pad or press Up Arrow to reset the drum counter. After the machine accepts reset, close the front cover.
