Hi guys! I am a Windows 7 Ultimate user. The problem I am facing is that my Windows OS is unable to find updates. Earlier I thought, that it was an internet connectivity problem. Most of the times this error occurs due to a weak internet connection, but since that possibility is most probably ruled out, the following solution might be helpful for you:

  • Go to PC settings.
  • Select the update and recovery option from the drop down list and choose windows update.
