I am currently using Windows 7 on my computer. I have the Steam software installed on it to play games. I want to connect and play games on the Steam software. But, keep getting an error saying, connection error.Could not connect to the Steam networkduring the gameplay. Please help.

  2. Make sure that your computer’s firewall is allowing the Steam software to access the internet.
  3. Right-click on the Steam icon on your Desktop. Go to properties. In the target bar, append ‘-tcp’ to the target address. The Steam icon must be a shortcut.
