1) Using inbox repair tool.

 Exit your outlook account and open inbox repair tool.

 Go to file menu and click on info tab.

 Click on account stings and again account settings.

 Click on add.

 Type a file name then, click on OK.

 Your personal folder has been created. In Outlook 2007

 Go to File menu and select data file management.

 Click on add.

 In Create, enter the location and filename. Then click on OK.

 Drag the recovered items into personal folders.  When you are satisfied with the information restored then your  process is complete.
