1. If you are having this problem, at the starting you can skip it by hitting on Sign-in later.

2. Ensure that your phone is up to date. Go to settings then phone updates and choose check for updates.

3. Again navigate to settings, then choose email+account and select to add account and hit on Microsoft account.

4. If you have already registered then sign-in and proceed with it, it not then creates a new.
