Hello everyone, I am having a problem after an update my phone. Every time I am trying to access my account it is saying “Can’t connect” message. Kindly help me out Microsoft Lumia 535 updates settings. Thanks in advance for the help.
1. If you are having this problem, at the starting you can skip it by hitting on Sign-in later.
2. Ensure that your phone is up to date. Go to settings then phone updates and choose check for updates.
3. Again navigate to settings, then choose email+account and select to add account and hit on Microsoft account.
4. If you have already registered then sign-in and proceed with it, it not then creates a new.
The problem may also occur due to a bad network connection, so please be sure that you are accessing a fast network and then sign in again if the problem occurs.
