These are the fixes for this issue which you can try-

1. First, you need to see that the drivers are updated

2. Then you need to run the chkdsk command in an elevated command prompt

3. Try removing and replacing the battery

4. Swap out RAM of your PC

5. If nothing works then go for a Windows system restore by going into start and then typing system restore and then select a suitable restore point.

One of the above will fix the error.

According to Microsoft, this problem normally happens when a user-mode subsystem like the CSRSS or Client Server Run-Time Subsystem or the WinLogon has been fatally compromised and security can no longer be guaranteed. When this happens, Microsoft Windows switches to kernel mode.

But since the operating system cannot operate without WinLogon or CSRSS, this is one of the few instances where the failure of a user-mode service can shut down the system. Another possible cause of the error is incorrect system files. This can happen if you restored your hard drive from a backup. To fix the problem, see when the error happens.

If the problem is triggered during system startup, try booting your computer using the last known good configuration setting. Restart your computer then press F8 before the Windows logo appears. In the “Advanced Boot Options,” select “Last Known Good Configuration” then hit Enter to boot into this setting. See if this works. If this failed, try remembering the last thing you did before the error happened.

If you installed a program or updated a driver, uninstall the program or roll-back the driver. See if this works.
