1. It may be possible that registry of your computer is corrupted and damaged, so clean and repair it. Install a system repair tool like Total System Care to fix your registry.
2. If still the issue is not resolved then reset TCP/IP Settings. To do so open Command Prompt and type TAKEOWN /F”C:Windowssystem32driversraspppoe.sys” ICACLS “C:Windowssystem32driversraspppoe.sys” /grant administrators:F. Press Enter.
Close the command prompt. Now traverse this folder path
C:Windowssystem32drivers. Rename the raspppoe.sys file to rasPPPoE.sys.
Right-click on ‘save the link as Vista RAS PPPoE Driver ’and then save it in the C:Windowssystem32drivers folder.
Now restart your computer.
