Hello everyone, I am getting a system 800b0001 windows update error. I was informing my system when I got this error, and my apprising crashes in between the process. The window is stuck, and keyboard is not working. Kindly help me with this problem.
You can use DSIM tool to solve this problem. After it, try to install Window Update.
1. Open the start menu and search Command Prompt.
2. Click Run as Administrator, provide a password if system asks for.
3. Type the given command: DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
4. It will take time for the execution of the command.
5. Run the Windows Update.
If you receive “error 800b0001” when running Windows Update, it means Windows Update cannot identify the cryptographic service provider. This problem can be fixed using the System Update Readiness Tool. This download is for 64-bit Microsoft Windows 7. If you have a different operating system or different platform architecture, go to Fix Windows Update Errors using DISM for a complete list of operating systems.
Download the program specific to your operating system and run it. When it is finished, try running Windows Update again and see if it works. Installing Service Packs and Windows Updates may fail if there are corruption errors.
