We have a web-based surveillance system. But Firefox and axis camera installed seem not to work together. If we view the application from other browsers it working. But in Firefox the images are not showing clearly. I don’t know what we're missing.
Unfortunately web based surveillance feature or streaming videos through a webcam  is not yet supported by Firefox, so you are not really missing or doing anything wrong. And as you said you can just use other web browsers for this so settle with just that for now.
Hi there Jhon.Do you have the latest firefox installed?It could be a matter if your browser is outdated.You can update your browser by simply downloading it's latest release on their official website.Don't worry if you might lost your browser settings when you installed the latest version, it is automatically carried when you upgraded your browser.
