Final draft unidentified installer error

Hi to all,

I recently downloaded an installer file for installing final draft v.8 for formatting a screenplay.

When I started the installation, I got an error on my screen. The screenshot of the error is as follows:

 

The error says:

Final Draft.mpkg can't be opened because it is from an unidentified developer.

Your Security preferences allow installation of only apps from the Mac App Store and identified developers.

Your help is required to solve this issue. Any comments and suggestions will be highly appreciated. Looking forward to your comments.

Final draft unidentified installer error

Hi James Belt i searched a solution for you it may help you with this problem. With the release of of v.8.0.3.1 this issue has been eliminated so all you have to do is to download this latest version.

Go to this site http://www.finaldraft.com/support/final-draft-8-support/ and simply log in with your registered customer number which begins with 8FD like for an example 8FD-123-456-789-012.

After doing so, the page will refresh and all the downloadable files will be available for download.
