I want to filter out some unwanted data from a large file in MS Access.

Microsoft Access has an advanced feature that makes their database management efficient and effective.

One of these features is the Filter function.  

This Filter function of Access is more specific than that in Microsoft Excel.  

Its filtering data creates a form or a report from filtered record.

Through this you could choose those unwanted specific data appeared in the form.

This is a quick and simple task that you can complete so please be guided with this procedure on how to do the filtering.   

First open – Microsoft Access – then click – database – window and double click on the specific – Table – that contains the data to be used as a filter.  

Filtering process will take place in this filter’s – Table – window.

By the way, you can found this “Table” in the – Objects – panel.
