Fill out in the bcc field a predetermined address in Outlook 2007

Hi,

I'm a newbie here. I just began using MS Outlook 2007 operating in a 32-bit Windows 7. Every time I create an email or reply to an email, I want to fill out in the bcc field a predetermined address. I have done it through a User Template I set up, though it is more too dreary calling up the template every time and it would not likely to work when replying or forwarding an email.

Can anyone help?

Hi Joan,

I have some solution for your problem.

As to do so you have to automate some things as you can do it by writing Macros in excel.

This can be useful to you in Outlook.

Click on this link to know more about how to write Macro’s.

Hope this will help you.

Edward.

Hi,

So far as I have understood your problem, it is purely to receive a sent mail copy, or simply you want hidden BCC. There are a number of free tools available to do this. Try these free utilities if one software is not compatible with your email client. It's obvious that you can't change your primary email sending client. You download Hidden BCC from softpedia website. It is very much like your silent book but will work fine, without any issues.
