Hi all,
When I want to copy files from my camera I got an error message. Usually I copy or move files directly from the camera. Now it is pretty irritating because I got this error message that I don’t know how to fix.
On my system I have Windows XP without SP2. Even the batteries are ok. Did anyone had an issue like this?

Cannot obtain all files from this device. Please ensure that the device is connected properly, or that the battery is charged.
Files already copied to hard disk will be available at:

Have tried looking in the location that has been stated in the error message and see if the files may be there? If you have not done that then I will advise you to do so. Try the following workarounds to solve the issue:

Ensure that the camera battery is fully charged, because the copying process will not be initialized if the process is low due to the risk of the process failing half way.

Also check the USB cable that you are using to connect the camera to the computer. It may be faulty, and therefore hindering the transfer of files from the camera to the computer.
If the camera has bluetooth, you can try using bluetooth transfer instead of cable and see how it works.
