Both database software is reasonably priced but I'm not concerned about the price, because functionality, ease of use, and efficiency is what I am looking for. 

Which is better in terms of the things I require in a database software? 

Does FileMaker have multi-platform support because I want to be able to use it in IOS and other platforms.
