File gets scaled down if printed as PDF

I made a newsletter using MS Publisher 2007, and I want to print it as a PDF, but when I do, everything gets scaled down – the margin gets bigger, and the text becomes blurred. I have tried publishing the file as PDF, printing as PDF, and saving as PDF, but the results are the same. I have Acrobat 9 Pro. Do I have to adjust some settings when I make a PDF file?

Hello there! Whenever you try printing a pdf file, it is always scaled down because of the printer margin. The printer margin is the margin around the paper where the printer is unable to print. The printer margin adds up to your document margin that is why the pdf file you are trying to print shrinks. This problem happens whenever you try printing pdf files only. To fix this, you can adjust the margins to a smaller size or you can simply change the Fit to Printable Area to None in the page scaling of the print options. Hope this helps. Good luck to you!
