I have a file folder that I wanted to erase on my pc, but when I tried to omit it I received an error message “Error. Unable to erase folder”. I tried restarting my pc for the hope of being able to erase the folder, but I failed. Can anyone tell me what the problem of the file is? Is it still possible for me to delete the said folder?
For the complete removal of active security please follow the procedures below. There are files and folders that is associated with this program you must delete it. 1. go to C:Program Files select the file or folder that has active security on it. But if you can't delete the file because it is use by another program that will remove it you need to install the program called unlocker I will provide you a link for it http://www.filehippo.com/download_unlocker/ Download and install the program Now right click the folder of active security and then choose unlocker and choose on the drop down box delete and ok.
