Hello,

I have this error and I did everything that I know to solve it. The reinstall is not helping, a custom install is not helping. The problem is when I click OK I can continue to work for a while but it appears again and it’s started to be very annoying. Does anyone have a solution for this error ? What should I do ?

Hello,

Changes in registry or corrupted installation file so this is appearing.

Either re-install Autodesk product or give a repair to the installation. In both case, go to Start menu >> Control Panel >> Programs >> Programs and Features. Right-click on Autodesk installation, select “Repair” or “Uninstall” depending on your choice of either repairing or re-installing the software.

If that doesn’t work, you have to remove the existing license file and re-activate the software again.

To do so,

1. Go to the following paths:
C:ProgramDataFLEXnetadskflex_00691b00_tsf.data

C:ProgramDataFLEXnetadskflex_00691b00_tsf.data.backup

2. Delete the files.

Note that in Windows XP, the files are located according to the following locations:

C:Documents and SettingsAll UsersApplication DataFLEXnetadskflex_00691b00_tsf.data

C:Documents and SettingsAll UsersApplication DataFLEXnetadskflex_00691b00_tsf.data.backup

Now, start the software and select to activate.
